Now this is good street art. It’s portrays a road-worker having some noodles and it’s in a perfect location. Notice the shutters next to the graffiti? That’s a small greasy spoon diner. It’s small (and I do mean very small) and cheap. It doesn’t offer expensive meals or fancy dishes but rather the kind of food that labourers go for.
Graffiti done up in a good style, in the right place. Now that’s good art.
