Bought 2 sets of Hario TCA-5 Siphon coffee sets from them but got a really horrible experience. One of the boxes contained a display model. On the other hand, the parcel contained altogether 3 missing parts. Called them and they didn’t arrange a re-collection of the defective products. I finally had to arrange courier sending them to them in order to get back my refund. Lying and rude handling of their customer. Will never buy from them and feel extremely sorry for their method of business.
