Hazel & Hershey is a coffee speciality cafe in Central. They have specialist beans and all the hand-brew methods too. For a nice cup of non-milk coffee, show up at the shop and do the following
1) Select your beans. Don’t worry, they have descriptions so just choose the flavour description that suits your palate.
2) Select your brewing method. They’ve got the whole shebang: clever, hand-drip, V60, syphon… you name it, they got it. No worries again, just ask the helpful barista if you need some advice on choosing a brewing method.
3) Sit back and enjoy.
Please note: as with all good coffee, you need to enjoy it while it’s warm. No need to chug it but enjoy it before it gets cold.
