An abstract image. Looks like a collage or heavily edited / post-processed image, no? No. This was taken with an iPhone 5 and uses only the Instagram filters to boost the saturation and contrast.
What’s happened here is that a bus has passed under a large neon sign. The bus is in motion and the glass of it’s windows are reflecting the shop signs opposite. This provides the pastiche of images and colours on the lower half of the image.
