Night 16 of OccupyHK in Causeway Bay – rumours of cement being used to reinforce the barricades have been greatly exaggerated. As you can see from the pic, they’ve poured cement into buckets and attached it to the barriers to make them heavier. They haven’t actually cemented the barricades to the ground (yet).
