This is half of the RISE AND FALL piece of street art that was exhibited at the Work In Progress exhibition. This is actually carved out of the plaster on the wall. Look closely to see the underlying brickwork. The RISE part of this installation is not pictured here but you can take a look at a nice portrait carved out of plaster in a similar manner here.
